Rob Jones is the owner and lead craftsman behind Closets by ACS, a locally owned custom closet and storage company serving the Augusta, GA and CSRA area.

With decades of hands-on experience in specialty construction and high-end residential work, Rob brings a rare combination of technical skill, problem-solving, and personal care to every project. After years of working in the construction industry—and seeing firsthand how often homeowners were left frustrated by poor communication and half-finished jobs—Rob set out to build something different.

Closets by ACS was founded on a simple belief: do the job right, treat people well, and finish what you start.

What truly sets Rob apart is his ability to design and build solutions that go beyond standard closet systems. One of his most unique projects includes a custom master walk-in closet featuring a concealed “secret door” shoe rack, designed to maximize storage while creating an unexpected and functional hidden space. Projects like this reflect Rob’s love for creative problem-solving and truly custom work—where no two closets are ever the same.
