By engaging Closet by ACS, you agree to our comprehensive service flow: Consultation, Custom Design, Professional Installation, and the Final Reveal. Any modifications to this process must be agreed upon in writing.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your installation date and begin the procurement of custom materials.
The client agrees to provide the installation team access to the designated areas at the scheduled time. Areas should be clear of personal items unless "Pantry Services" or "Home Organizing" add-ons have been purchased.
All 3D renderings, floor plans, and custom design layouts remain the property of Closet by ACS. Clients are granted a limited license to use these designs solely for the project contracted with Closet by ACS.
Closet by ACS is not responsible for structural deficiencies in the existing property that are discovered during installation. We carry full professional liability insurance for all standard operations.
